Q. Will the cap fit my hair?

A. Your full lace will come standard with a medium cap, if you need a larger cap size you would have to call into the store after your order is placed, give the order number and we would have to customize your full lace which will take 2 weeks before we can ship off to you.

Q. How long does a full lace unit last?


A. Your full lace unit can last up to 6 months with care.

Q. ​When will my order be shipped?


A. We ship all orders out 2 business days after we've received confirmation of payment, if your order is placed on the weekend or holiday your order will be processed the following business day that we're open which will fall on Monday.

​Q. Can i part my full lace unit any way that i want?

A. Yes, the full lace unit allows you to part your hair any way that you see fit for, it's versatile just as your natural hair.​
​

​Q. Do you set appointments?

​A. We take appointments only, We all know the earlier you come the faster you leave so you decide when you will leave out.

Q. What if, when you Don't set appointments ?

If you want to take service on the same day without making an appointment 24 hours before, you must pay a $35 fee plus the service charge.

​Q. Can i reapply my lace wig or frontal?

A. Yes, you can reuse either one they just need to be cared for (washed and conditioned professionally)

Q. Will the glue pull out my edges?

A. If taking your unit off please return to a professional stylist or back to the salon, you risk damaging your edges by removing yourself allowing the glue to get in your natural hair, and in no way we can reverse this or assist if you damage your hair.

​Q. Can the wig be applied without glue?

​A. Yes, but it will not give you the same realistic look that the adhesive application will. So due to our vision into providing our clients with the highest level of satisfaction and realistic look we only use the adhesive method at the moment.

THANKS FOR SELECTING AUTHENTIC STYLES TO PROVIDE YOU WITH THE HIGHEST GRADE OF VIRGIN HAIR.  REFUNDS WILL BE TO THE SOLE DISCRETION OF OWNERS, WE'RE NOT SAYING THAT WE DON'T ISSUE REFUNDS BUT BASED ON THE SURROUNDING FACTS AND NATURE WE WILL MAKE A DECISION FAIRLY AND NOT BASED ON TRYING TO MAKE A DOLLAR OFF OUR CLIENTS. IN ANY CASE THAT YOU MAY ASK FOR CUSTOMIZED HAIR TO BE SENT, WE WILL NOT OFFER A REFUND BEING THAT WE CAN'T RESALE A UNIT THAT A CUSTOMER HAD MADE BASED ON THEIR LIKES BUT IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WE WILL STILL BE HERE TO LISTEN AND DO OUR BEST TO BE FAIR ON BOTH SIDES. WE ALSO, IN SOME CASES WILL OFFER STORE CREDIT WHICH WE WILL SEND GIFT CARD . HOWEVER, WE ENCOURAGE IF THERE ARE ANY ISSUES THAT YOU MAY INCUR PLEASE GIVE US A CALL OR EMAIL AND ALLOW US TO RESPOND WITHIN 1 BUSINESS DAY, WE STRIVE TO MAKE OUR CLIENTS HAPPY IN EVERY CASE BUT WE CAN'T ASSIST IF WE ARE UNAWARE OF AN ISSUE. CANCELATION POLICY

Q. If I cancel my appointment 24 hours before can I get my money back?

 

A. No, you will not get no refund and you will get a charge full amount to your card, Only way you will get a refund back if you reschedule your appointment 24 hour before

 

Q. How long do I have to use my credit?

 

A. You have up to a month to use your credit.

 

Q. Can I use my credit for Product or Hair?

 

A. Yes you can however you have to call and place the order , and we will send an invoice to you with the selection of your choice.

 

Q. What happens if I don’t use my credit between the month?

 

A. You will no longer have available credit with us anymore after a month your credit is expired you lose your deposit.

 

Q. What can happen if I’m late to my appointment?

 

A. you get charge a dollar per minute you late after 15 minutes your appointment is canceled you lost your deposit.

 

Q. If I do not show up to my appointment?

 

A. After three cancellation you will not be able to book with us.

 

Q. Can I bring a friend with me in my appointment?

 

A. No you could not.

Q. Can I bring my kids with me?

 

A. No kids allowed unless they are being serviced.
